A Supernova’s Musician
While he pushed the door, all the people looked at him. Perhaps, this is
a musician’s unique temperament. His clothes are like the ordinary students. He
was wearing a suit with a white T-shirt. He always smiles. When he came to say
hello to others, you can see that he is a sweet and polite person. However, when
he was talking about the music, he became excited, had a lot of postures and spoke
very fast.
His name is Justin Hardin, 17-year-old. He started to do the music
around 2006 when he was 10 years old. “Lots of artists I heard I want recreate
that music on my own,” he said. When he was learning, you could see his musical
talent. He studied piano by ear, not like other people to watch notes. He can
listen to a song and accurately play it out with piano.
“I don't put boundaries on myself with
genres,” Justin said with used finger counting,
“I try to just take a lot of influence from jazz, hip-hop, classical, and electronic
to just combine it all into one, like a big mush of sound.” So it does,
his music will always bring a surprise. The listeners will be amazed to hear a
song that combines lots of different musical elements. “My music is the Picasso
of music,” he smiled and said. This is the most appropriate description for his
music. It is difficult to describe his music and what messages he wants to
express because his music is abstract, maybe it is tone of the future music.
His music has a magic power. You will hear the beginning and the end are
totally different style in one song. At the same time, you will highly praise
for his creative music.
“I feel very alone, because my and my friends make this type of music,
but people around us don’t listen to this type of music,” Justin said with his
eyes downcast. Sometimes, he puts his music to the internet. It is a good place
that he can get some good comments. “It makes you feel good when somebody likes
what you making,” he said. It also gives him more confidence to do this type of
music even though not lots of people know what it is now.
“I read a quote that ‘art is never finished, it's only
abandoned’,” he was serious and said. He was willing to listen to other people’s feedback, but fixed the music it
depends on finished or not. “If I’m in the process of still making the song, I
probably change a couple of stuffs if I trust their opinion. But I’m if I done
all the song, I’ll just try it see if I would do what they're trying to say to
another song, because I try not to spend too much time on one song. Sometimes I
have to let it go.”
Now, Justin also tries to make the videos. “When I was watching movies
listen to the sound, it is crazy because I love how they have visuals with
music, it is complete when you do that, like it is art,” he said quickly with
big smile. It is hard to imagine that add his music to the video, but he tries
it. He made a video that use visuals to act out what he was playing with beats
at same time. It looks simple, but it is wonderful because it is match every
beats exactly. It gives viewers double the enjoyment of vision and hearing.
“If it goes the way I plan, It’d be the really cool to travel:
a lot of music like play different shows, like kinds of doing DJ work, that’s
what I’m think doing.”

Titles of the movies
Adventure Time
I guess the cartoon is about a adventure trip with Finn and Jake. In this cartoon, we might be seen the funny things when they are travelling.
I think the title of Run Lola Run is good. I like the sound of the beginning on this title.  The sound is tick of the clock. When we see the movie, all the story is around the time. However, I don't like the animation that a girl is running, even though it is close to the content. Because I think the animation makes the tone of the movie changed. If it should have changed this part to shot real life, it would be better. I think it is a worth movie to watch.

Critiques
Best Funny Video Ever
StructuredWeb
I thought the music in this video was good. However, the end of
this video was finished much too soon. If the editor hold the end frame some seconds,
then faded out, we should be able to understand this video's end clearly. But I like the story, it is funny.
StructuredWeb
I liked use the animation to do this advertisement. However, the
sound in this advertisement just the voice over and music. If the editor can
add some other sound, it will be better. For example, the conversation about
the man and woman may be put some voice over replace use the outlines. But the
voice over is very clearly.
Apple - iPod - TV Ad - Bounce
I like use the beat to cut every shot and the quickly cut can
stand out this product's character. But I
cannot find other information in this video. If the editor need add some words
in this video, we will be able to get more information. I like the beginning
and end.

The response of “TV Can Improve Kids’ Behavior, Study Finds”
I think the TV is the same as the Internet,
both of them can have big effects for children. TV can help children easy to
understand the difficult things, but the problem comes out together. We have a
lot of the information, but we haven't selected the information.
The children haven't ability to differentiate
between good and bad. Sometimes, the TV shows bad thing, but the children didn't
know. They maybe think it is interesting, so they copy the same thing. For
example, the TV shows the news that thief has stealing money. The children
think it is stimulating, then, they do the same thing.
Some parents order their children can't
watch TV because there are too much negative things in it. I think this way is
wrong. In my opinion, TV is a good ways to relax and learn the things that they
can't catch from the class. For example, some of the animals can survive from
the glacial period. How do they do? On TV, it uses the cartoon to show the process
of that, and the children can understand it easier than the words by books.

I'm Yali
Hello, everyone!
My name is Yali Yao. You can call me Yali.
Actually, when I was born, my name was not Yali Yao. Before this name,
my name is Qili Yao. My father have changed my name when I six years old. Because
I did not like pronounce about words Qili, in china Qili means stand up. In
china, when the class began, the monitor always said that stand up. It is funny
that the same pronounce like my name. So I told my father I wanted to change my
name.
Now, my name is Yali Yao. I like my name
very much. The word “ya” means elegant and the other word “li” is a kind of
flowers, in china is called “moli”. In English it means Jasmine. My father
wants me be an elegant and beautiful girl.
